The Rebel Bear’s new collection will debut at the Newbury Contemporary Art Fair in May... but for now here’s a peak of what two expect from our new furry friend.

A Florentine Adventure with Street Artist Clet Abraham

Florence you are a beauty! Here’s a small selection of one of our favourite street artists: Clet Abraham! ⛔️

We are particularly fans of Clet’s artwork because of his ability to engage with an already existing design and then go ahead and create something completely new and original from it. Often ‘simple concepts’ that make you think “ah I could have done that” (then why didn’t you?) are the most ingenious; because we really couldn’t have, that’s why they’re the artists. Clet’s street signs also demonstrate the fun that exists in a world that often takes itself far too seriously and they can’t help but make you smile when you come across them. Enjoy!

Reem Gallery in Miami

Christmas came early for Reem Gallery as we ventured off to sunny Miami for the world renowned Art Basel Miami.

Over the course of the week we spent time with gallery artists Thirsty Bstrd, Pure Evil and the Connor Brothers and met artists from other  spectrums of the contemporary art scene such as Irish painter Vincent Devine and Italian sculptor Lorenzo Quinn. We were also invited to meet for the first time American street artist Kai, known for creating the universally recognised “IF” character.

Having explored every notable art fair in Miami from Art Basel, Context Miami & Art Miami, PULSE, the Untitled Art Fair to Scope Art Fair; we have left absolutely buzzing from the outstanding strength and diversity of the contemporary art market. We look forward to returning in 2019!
